Join us as a Massage Therapist at Life Time Inc.

We are looking for a dedicated Massage Therapist to provide various massage therapy services and treatments that complement fitness programs, improve overall well-being, and enhance the guest's fitness experience. The role involves building relationships with other departments, educating clients on the benefits of massage therapy, and designing sessions tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve members professionally and courteously
• Provide personalized massage therapy services meeting client needs
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Educate clients on products, services, and treatments offered by LifeSpa and Salon
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the spa environment
• Stay current with industry certifications and trends
• Promote and sell massage services to encourage repeat business

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Massage Therapy License
• Ability to perform all types of massage services
• Basic PC skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional massage experience
• Knowledge of body treatments and experience with Salon Biz

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers commissions between 35% and 70% based on product sales and productivity, with a minimum hourly wage. Benefits include a subsidized membership, discounts, retirement plans, training, paid sick leave, and additional health benefits for full-time employees.
