Join Our Team as a Massage Therapist at Life Time Inc.

We are seeking a dedicated Massage Therapist to provide exceptional massage therapy services that complement fitness programs, enhance overall well-being, and improve the guest experience at LifeSpa and Salon. This role involves building relationships with other departments, educating clients on the benefits of massage therapy, and designing personalized sessions tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve members professionally and courteously
• Provide individualized massage treatments to meet client needs and expectations
• Develop and maintain personalized client relationships
• Educate clients on our products, services, and treatments
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the spa environment
• Apply expertise in muscle and body analysis to recommend maintenance regimens
• Promote and sell massage services to encourage repeat business
• Stay updated on industry certifications and trends

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Massage Therapy License
• Ability to perform various massage techniques
• Basic knowledge of PC operations
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional massage experience
• Knowledge of body treatments
• Experience with Salon Biz software
