Responsibilities

1. Manage patient flow and bed assignments using EMR systems, collaborating with nursing leadership, surgeons, and outpatient teams.
2. Optimize patient placement and staffing strategies.
3. Provide clinical support, respond to emergencies, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Work Details
