We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate is experienced, professional, and passionate about helping clients improve their physical and emotional well-being through therapeutic massage. You will play a key role in providing high-quality, customized massage treatments to a diverse clientele in a supportive, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and other modalities based on client needs and preferences.
-Conduct client consultations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
-Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
-Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting therapy room, ensuring proper sanitation and hygiene protocols are followed.
-Educate clients on stretching, strengthening, and overall wellness strategies to support long-term health goals.
-Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Active and valid massage therapy license in the state of Florida.

Minimum 1 year of hands-on massage therapy experience preferred.
Proficient in a variety of massage modalities and techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
CPR and First Aid certification.
