Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage services to spa guests following Citron Spa protocols.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with sanitation policy.
• Explain services to guests and tailor treatments to goals.
• Perform all required treatments and support product/service upselling.
• Grow client base by retaining new and repeat guests.

Position Description

The Citron Spa Massage Therapist provides the highest quality, personalized therapeutic massage services and customer satisfaction in the spa industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service for guests in accordance with Citron Spa protocols and standards.
• Ensure that all Citron Spa standards for hygiene and cleanliness are consistently maintained in accordance with our sanitation policy.
• Communicate clearly with guests about our services and meet their goals and needs.
• Administer all required treatments.
• Generate sales and revenue by recommending and/or up-selling products and services.
• Retain new and repeat guests to maintain a consistent clientele.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Flexible schedule (ability to manage time effectively).
• Ability to work as a team player and maintain a positive attitude.
• Motivated to grow in the spa industry.
• Previous experience is not required, but is a plus.
• Articulate, well spoken, and professional.
• Able to deliver the highest level and quality of customer service.
• Available at least one weekend day.

Position Requirements
