Role Description:

We are looking to hire a Licensed Massage Therapist position in both our Westford, Massachusetts location and our Methuen, Massachusetts location with flexible hours of full-time and part-time positions available.

This role focuses on providing professional massage services, including body massage and specialized therapeutic techniques, to support client relaxation, stress relief, and overall wellness. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, performing appropriate massage modalities, maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, and documenting services in accordance with spa policies and licensing requirements. The therapist will also collaborate with spa staff to schedule appointments, support client education on self-care practices, and contribute to a consistently high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client communication, professionalism, and building long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage techniques to address wellness goals, muscle tension, and recovery needs.
• Ability to support Stress Management through tailored massage sessions, relaxation techniques, and client guidance.
• Current state license as a Massage Therapist in Massachusetts and compliance with all local regulations and standards.
• Knowledge of basic anatomy and physiology, hygiene and sanitation practices, and safe draping techniques.
• Preferably bilingual in both Spanish and English.
