Job summary

Arch Amenities Group's MGM National Harbor spa is seeking a professional Massage Therapist to deliver personalized services that promote relaxation, health and well‑being. You will perform Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities, conduct client consultations, and maintain a clean, safe treatment area.

You must hold a high school diploma, a completed massage therapy program, and a valid state license. Minimum 1–2 years' experience preferred; excellent guest service and confidentiality are

• Adhere to appointment schedules and manage time effectively to avoid delays.

Job Summary

Qualifications

Education & Licensing

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Work Environment

• Work is performed in a spa, clinic, or wellness center environment with occasional exposure to oils, lotions, and low lighting.
• May require evening, weekend, and holiday hours depending on client scheduling.
