Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa – Montclair & Hoboken is hiring both full-time and part-time massage therapists to join America’s best day spa. You will perform exceptional massages and body treatments following award-winning protocols while maintaining rooms to brand standards.

We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time therapists, health and vision insurance, dental coverage, employee discounts, and paid training through The Woodhouse Way.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and active New Jersey massage therapy license.
• Experience delivering therapeutic massages and body treatments.
• Strong customer service and professional growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform exceptional massages and body treatments following established protocols.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain Woodhouse standards.
• Educate guests on benefits and recommendations for home care.
• Promote additional services and products to guests.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform exceptional massages and body treatments following award-winning protocols
• Fully prepare each treatment according to established service criteria
• Educate guests on the benefits of services performed and recommend products for home care
• Promote additional services and enhancement treatments
• Deliver consistent, high-quality treatments (up to 7–8 per day—we like to keep you busy!)
• Maintain treatment rooms and common areas to Woodhouse brand standards
• Continue developing skills through ongoing education and training
