Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa in Hoboken, NJ seeks licensed Massage Therapists (full-time or part-time) to deliver exceptional massage and body treatments, following Woodhouse protocols and quality standards. You’ll educate guests on benefits, promote services, and help maintain pristine treatment rooms.

We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time therapists, health and vision coverage, dental plans, paid vacation, and ongoing education through Woodhouse University.

Qualifications

• Requires active New Jersey massage therapy license.
• Demonstrates passion for wellness and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Perform exceptional massages and body treatments following award-winning protocols.
• Fully prepare each treatment according to established service criteria.
• Educate guests on the benefits of services performed and recommend products for home care.
• Promote additional services and enhancement treatments.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality treatments (up to 7–8 per day).
• Maintain treatment rooms and common areas to Woodhouse brand standards.
• Continue developing skills through ongoing education and training.
