The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our luxury spa team in Longboat Key, FL. You will deliver personalized treatments that promote relaxation, pain relief, and wellbeing for our guests in a serene, professional setting.

Requirements include a valid Florida massage therapy license and experience in a spa or resort environment. Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on resort needs.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida massage therapy license.
• 2+ years experience in spa/wellness settings preferred.
• Experience in resort environment a plus.
• Dual licensing with aesthetician license preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused attitude
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality while delivering high-quality treatments.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays based on resort needs.
