Hideaway Beach Club in Marco Island, FL is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to deliver professional massage and body treatments to members and guests, following HBA protocols. You will educate clients on wellness practices, maintain a tranquil space, and collaborate with wellness professionals to ensure guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a spa or private club, proficiency in multiple modalities, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Massage Therapy License in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a spa, wellness center, or premier private club.
• Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A genuine desire to provide personalized service and contribute to a supportive team culture.
• Comfortable with basic computer systems for booking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage and body treatments in accordance with protocols and licensing standards.
• Arrive punctually and be fully prepared for each appointment, honoring all scheduled times.
• Educate members and guests on wellness practices and recommend appropriate treatments or home care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil treatment space; restock and sanitize between sessions.
• Collaborate with fellow wellness professionals to support spa operations and member satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with guests and team members.
• Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to maintain high service standards and expand skills.
• Report any concerns, feedback, or maintenance issues to management in a timely manner.
