About the role

Provide warmth and positivity through guest interactions as our new Massage Therapist by delivering the highest standards of massage therapy treatments and home care recommendations.

What will you be doing?

• Deliver high-quality treatments and maintain a professional approach
• Work as part of the Well Spa team to provide exceptional treatments, creating a nurturing, safe environment for relaxation and well-being
• Manage time effectively to begin and end treatments within set standards
• Maintain a clean, safe spa environment adhering to sanitation standards
• Restock rooms with linens, products, and prepare for the next day
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be flexible and cooperative with all associates
• Attend monthly staff meetings
• Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality
• Maintain and update guest records for high performance
• Recommend and sell products accurately, aiming for a 50% service-to-product sales ratio
• Attend product and service training sessions
• Maintain a professional image at all times
• Collaborate with management
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Keep treatment rooms tidy and assist with housekeeping duties
• Monitor inventory levels
• Use prescription cards to recommend products and encourage reorders via our website
• Ensure room turnovers and setup are completed timely

What do you bring to the role?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current Massage Therapist license in Wisconsin
• Minimum of 2 years of massage therapy experience
• Proven sales and recommendation skills
• Willingness to attend ongoing education
• Friendly, professional, and positive personality
