Job summary

Massage Envy Jersey City Downtown is hiring licensed massage therapists who value client-centered care and growth. You will deliver therapeutic bodywork, assess client needs, and guide them toward wellness goals with attentive sessions and clear communication.

We offer a competitive base pay of $25.00-30.00/hourly plus tips, bonuses, and commissions, plus full-time healthcare, 401(k), PTO, AMTA membership, and over 20 CE courses annually.

Qualifications

• Satisfy licensing requirements to perform services in the state/city.
• Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion.
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others.
• Are excited to build on their bodywork mastery with different protocols and products like Total Body Stretch and Rapid Tension Relief.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
