Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products. Offer body treatments such as scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy. Assess guest needs and contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, pregnancy) before starting services. Stay updated on current techniques and modalities. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and prepare the workstation accordingly. Check with guests regularly to ensure comfort and safety. Promote and sell spa services and retail products. Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools, workstations, and treatment rooms. Adhere to scheduled times and handle guest behavior professionally following Marriott standards. Keep skills and licensure current as per regional requirements.

Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications. Follow company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure confidentiality. Greet guests warmly, anticipate needs, and thank them sincerely. Communicate professionally and foster positive relationships. Be physically capable of standing, sitting, walking, and handling objects of varying weights. Perform additional duties as assigned.
