Job Description

Blue Feather Wellness in Guilford is growing, and we're looking for a Connecticut Licensed Massage Therapist to join our massage and Reiki practice.

We're a small, welcoming wellness center where sessions are personal and never rushed. We're looking for a therapist who enjoys connecting with clients, building relationships, and wants the opportunity to grow a steady clientele over time.

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule and room to grow. We'll begin with a consistent weekly shift while we help build your clientele. Additional appointments can also be scheduled throughout the week based on your availability, so you can come in specifically for those clients.

Reiki at Blue Feather

Reiki is an important part of our practice. If you're already Reiki trained, we welcome the opportunity for you to continue developing that part of your work. If you haven't learned Reiki but are genuinely interested, training will be provided.

All therapists are trained in the Blue Feather approach to incorporating Reiki and energy work into our sessions.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a current Connecticut Massage Therapy license
• Is professional, dependable, and warm with clients
• Provides thoughtful, client-centered massage
• Enjoys building long-term client relationships
• Is interested in helping build and retain their clientele with our support
• Has Reiki experience or a genuine interest in learning
• Wants to grow with a small, established wellness practice

We're open to both experienced massage therapists and newer LMTs. More than anything, we're looking for the right person for our clients and our team.
