Job summary

Elements Massage in Goodyear, AZ is seeking licensed massage therapists to join full-time teams across Goodyear/Glendale/Peoria studios. We value connection through the human hand and heart, and offer a supportive environment with growth opportunities.

Full-time therapists earn $60K-$80K per year, including tips, with paid time off, comprehensive benefits, license renewal reimbursement, liability coverage, and ongoing CEUs. Evening and weekend shifts are common to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Must have completed (or be completing) a Massage Therapist program.
• Must hold or be obtaining a license/certification to practice massage therapy.
• Licensed/certified to perform massage therapy prior to sessions.
• Willing to work nights and weekends to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage therapy sessions to clients.
• Maintain client records and ensure safety and privacy.
• Participate in ongoing training and CEUs.

Qualifications:

• Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist program
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification.
• Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions at the studio.
• We love to speak with students, inexperienced, and experienced massage therapists with a wide variety of experience from private, medical massage therapy, resort spa / medical spa experience, and much more.
• We pride ourselves in being a client focused business, this allows us to work nights and weekends to meet client needs.
