Position Summary:

As a Massage Therapist/Esthetician at The Seagate Hotel & Spa, you will provide professional and luxurious treatments to our esteemed guests and members. You'll uphold the highest standards of service, ensuring each guest receives personalized attention and experiences the ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform 60, 90, and 120-minute treatments according to certification and training.
• Provide personalized guest service by understanding and responding to guest needs and expectations.
• Review guest notes in SpaSoft and complete medical history/waivers before each treatment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, ensuring treatment and personal equipment are in safe and working condition.
• Keep an adequate supply of towels, sheets, and other supplies in an organized manner within treatment rooms.
• Interact courteously with guests and members, answering questions about facilities and services.
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain current Florida State licenses and stay informed about all aspects of spa operations, including services and retail sales.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety practices at all times.
• Attend departmental meetings and participate in training sessions as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management to support spa operations.

Education:

• Massage Therapist/Esthetician Florida License.
