Job summary

Massage Envy Deland is hiring motivated massage therapists to deliver high-quality therapeutic bodywork and guide clients toward their wellness goals. You will communicate with clients to understand needs, set expectations, and maintain connection throughout sessions while offering follow-up services.

Full-time and part-time roles are available with a supportive culture, ongoing training, and access to education resources like AMTA membership and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist in FL with 500+ hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion.
• Passion for improving the lives of clients and willingness to learn new protocols and products.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected with clients during sessions to achieve goals.

Qualified Candidates:

• Satisfy all licensing requirements to perform services in FL
• Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others
• Are excited to build on their bodywork mastery with different protocols and products (like Total Body Stretch, Rapid Tension Relief, and more)

Day-to-Day:

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations

• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
