Massage Envy Oakleaf in Florida is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team. We offer a competitive base pay range of $30,000–$60,000 annually plus tips, bonuses, and commissions, with employer-paid healthcare for full-time staff and a flexible schedule.

As part of our team, you will perform high-quality bodywork, communicate with clients to identify needs, and guide wellness goals. We also provide AMTA membership, continuing education courses, and a supportive, growth-focused

Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) credential and Florida license.
• Minimum of 500 hours massage therapy schooling with a certificate of completion.
• Genuine passion for improving clients' lives and willingness to grow in different protocols and products.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected to clients during sessions to achieve goals and recommend follow-up visits.

Qualified Candidates:

• Satisfy all licensing requirements to perform services in Florida
• Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion

Day-to-Day:
