Job summary

Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC in Allen, TX is seeking licensed massage therapists dedicated to a supportive, therapist-focused environment. You will follow proven protocols, tailor sessions to client needs, and document intake notes while receiving ongoing education and leadership support.

We offer competitive base pay ($24–$29/hour plus tips and commissions), paid for no-shows, employee discounts, EAP, and paid CEUs.

Qualifications

• Must have completed (or in process) a Massage Therapist program.
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification.
• Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions.
• We welcome students and therapists with varying experience in private, medical, resort, or spa settings.
• Must work a minimum of 2 weekends per month.

Responsibilities

• Follow proven systems to provide a superior massage therapy experience.
• Customize massages based on client needs and preferences.
• Provide professional recommendations for next steps in a client's treatment plan.
• Create SOAP/intake notes for each massage session.
• Have fun and do what you love.

Qualifications

• We love to speak with students, inexperienced, and experienced massage therapists with a wide variety of experience from private, medical massage therapy, resort spa / medical spa experience, and much more.
• Required to work a minimum of 2 weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) per month.
