Job summary

Moved by Music is a family-run organization expanding into massage therapy. We are seeking warm, skilled massage therapists to serve individuals with disabilities, neurodivergent populations, and medically complex clients in Colorado Springs and the Denver metro area.

Responsibilities include one-on-one sessions in clients' homes and community settings, detailed progress notes, and collaboration with music therapists. Colorado license, reliable transportation, and compassionate care are required.

We are a music therapy organization expanding into massage therapy — and we are looking for warm, skilled, and dedicated massage therapists to join our wonderful team. Job Responsibilities:

• One-on-one massage therapy sessions in clients' homes and community settings
• Session notes including specific quantitative information and objective progress toward goal tracking
• Creation of individualized, evolving treatment goals and objectives as a result of assessment and ongoing review
• Maintaining high communication with clients, families, and the Moved by Music admin team — relationships matter deeply to the success of our clients
• Collaboration with music therapists and other members of the care team when applicable

Requirements:

What you must have:

• Current Colorado Massage Therapy License in good standing
• Driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Comfort working in home and community settings
• Genuine passion for serving vulnerable populations with professionalism and heart

What we would love you to have:

• Experience working with children and adults with disabilities, neurodivergent diagnoses, or medically complex needs
• Familiarity with populations such as autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, or other developmental and physical disabilities

Job Type: Full-time

This job requires reliable access to the Colorado Springs or Denver metro area.

Salary: $35.00 – $48.00 per hour, depending on education and experience

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
