Heights Wellness Retreats is seeking licensed massage therapists to join our supportive team. Independent Therapists can build their practice with us while enjoying a competitive environment and opportunities for growth within our retreat.

As a Massage Therapist you will tailor services for each guest, use modalities like hot stones, cupping, CBD and aromatherapy, and help guests feel restored and elevated on their wellness journeys—with tips, bonuses, and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Current state license to perform massage therapy.
• Active liability insurance required.
• Pass background checks.
• Capable of performing full-body 50-minute massage.

Responsibilities

• Customize massage services for each guest.
• Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, Gua Sha, and Aromatherapy.
• Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

• 5 six-hour shifts, with break(s) > 22.5+ Service Hours per Week
• Required 1 weekend shift, 2 Evening Shifts
• You can gross $1,000 per week on 22.5 Hours.
• Days and night shifts available
