Elements Massage Cave Creek is a team of therapists who feel supported, valued, and excited to come to work. Founded by a massage therapist, the studio designs every detail with you in mind, creating a positive, growth‑oriented environment.

Full‑time MTs earn $60,000–$80,000/year (including tips), with a $1,500 sign‑on bonus. We offer paid CEUs, 401(k), paid liability insurance, a complimentary monthly massage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Graduates of a massage therapy program.
• Therapists who are licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure.
• Students, new grads, and experienced MTs from all backgrounds—medical, spa, private practice, and more.
• A teamplayer who is genuinely kind, empathetic and people-centric.
