Job summary

Massage Envy Castro Village is hiring licensed massage therapists for full-time and part-time roles. You’ll perform therapeutic bodywork, build client relationships, and guide clients toward wellness goals while enjoying comprehensive benefits.

We offer a competitive base pay of $60,000–$90,000 annually plus tips, a $1,000 Sign-on Bonus for full-time staff, employer-paid health plans, AMTA membership, and extensive continuing education opportunities to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Satisfy licensing requirements to perform services.
• Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion.
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others.
• Are excited to build on their bodywork mastery with different protocols and products (like Total Body Stretch, Rapid Tension Relief, and more).

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
