Job summary

Elements Massage in Colorado is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) to join a therapist-first team. The role offers a supportive, long-term career with mentorship, flexible scheduling, and a focus on wellbeing for therapists.

Shifts include Sunday PM, Saturday PM, Friday PM, Thursday PM, and Monday PM with compensation of $47–$57 per hour (including tips) and benefits like PTO, liability insurance, CEUs, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Massage Therapy License or currently enrolled in a Massage Therapy program with expected licensure.
• Strong customer service mindset and professionalism.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality massage therapy to clients on scheduled shifts.
