Responsibilities include:

As a Massage Therapist, you will offer various massage and body treatments to relieve pain, rehabilitate injuries, improve circulation, reduce stress, increase relaxation, and promote well-being. You will guide clients through services and help select appropriate treatments.

• Provide excellent customer service, positively interacting with guests and colleagues, and handle diverse business conditions with resilience.
• Consult with clients about medical histories and issues related to stress or pain to determine helpful treatments. Assess soft tissue condition, joint quality, muscle strength, and range of motion.
• Perform therapeutic massages lasting up to 120 minutes.
• Maintain customer records, ensuring compliance with safety and health laws, including HIPAA.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the workspace.
• Follow safety procedures, report accidents or hazards immediately.
• Collect fees and maintain security of receipts.
• Monitor and replenish supplies, notifying management when reordering is needed.
