Job summary

Augusta Country Club is seeking a part-time Massage Therapist to provide personalized massage services to Members and guests in a private club setting. The role emphasizes professionalism, discretion, and exceptional customer care.

The ideal candidate will have a Georgia Massage Therapy License, at least one year of spa experience, and expertise in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal massage; flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of spa or massage therapy experience preferred.
• Must hold a current Georgia Massage Therapy License and maintain professional liability insurance.
• Experience in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal massage.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, personalized massage services based on client needs.
• Maintain a professional manner, appearance, and demeanor at all times.
• Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Comply with licensing laws and maintain a clean, organized treatment area.
• Work independently while contributing to the ACC team and schedule.

Our team takes pride in providing exceptional service to our Members and their guests, and many of our employees have been part of the ACC family for years.The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing professional, personalized massage services while creating a relaxing and welcoming experience for Members and guests. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, dependable, and committed to providing a high level of service while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.Responsibilities and Qualifications:Minimum of one year of prior spa or massage therapy experience preferred.Must hold a current Georgia Massage Therapy License and maintain professional liability insurance.Experience and training in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal massage.Provide professional, personalized massage services based on each client’s needs and preferences.Demonstrate exceptional customer service and genuine care for Members and guests.Maintain a professional manner, appearance, and demeanor at all times.Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.Maintain discretion and respect Member privacy and confidentiality.Comply with all applicable local and state licensing laws, regulations, and professional standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the ACC team.Flexibility to work a variety of days and hours based on Member demand and scheduling needs.We Offer:$9 per hour plus 70% of massage service sales.All linens and massage products provided by Augusta Country Club.Flexible scheduling.Opportunity to work in a beautiful private club environment with a close-knit team.Equal Opportunity EmployerDrug Free Employer
