Position: Massage Therapist - Andover, Massachusetts

Hours are based on the number of appointments scheduled.

HealthFitness is seeking a Massage Therapist to join our team at our corporate client site in Andover, MA. You will be responsible for providing professional chair massage services to a diverse range of members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various massage modalities and tailor delivery to meet each customer's needs.
• Understand body treatments and be willing to learn about the products and services offered.
• Deliver on-site chair massages in a corporate setting, including setup and teardown, in addition to a spa-like environment within a fitness center.
• Work as part of an integrated health and wellness team and support departmental events and strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Massage Therapy License for Massachusetts required.
• Current Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from recognized organizations.
• At least 2 years of massage therapy experience.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timekeeping systems.
• Experience with sports massage techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must meet all hiring requirements, including pre-employment drug testing.

This is a commissioned, part-time position.
