The therapist builds relationships with other departments, educates clients on benefits, and designs personalized sessions based on individual needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and serve members professionally and courteously
• Provide individualized massage services meeting clients' needs
• Develop and maintain personalized client relationships
• Educate clients on products, services, and treatments
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the spa area
• Analyze muscle and body conditions to recommend maintenance regimens
• Promote and sell massage services to encourage repeat business
• Stay current with certifications and industry trends

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Massage Therapy License
• Ability to perform various massage techniques
• Basic math skills for calculating figures
• Basic PC operating knowledge
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional massage experience
• Knowledge of body treatments
• Experience with Salon Biz software

Compensation and Benefits

Pay is commission-based (35%-70%) depending on product and productivity, with a weekly minimum wage.
