• Evaluate students’ performance and develop coaching plans.
• Oversee facials, skincare, waxing, makeup, and nails training.
• Demonstrate guest service delivery using the Aveda standards.
• Coach in the moment to improve student and guest experiences.
• Maintain classroom standards and assist with events.
• Participate in training and campus team initiatives.
