The NOW Massage in Montclair, NJ is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to act as an Experience Guide. You will drive membership, enhancements, and retail sales while delivering five-star hospitality and managing front-desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star hospitality from the moment guests arrive.
• Warmly greet, check in, and assist every guest.
• Build lasting guest relationships that encourage repeat visits.
• Personalize each guest’s experience by recommending services and enhancements.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and confidence.
• Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for The NOW Massage brand.
• Answer phones and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
• Accurately book, modify, confirm, and cancel appointments.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Open and close the boutique according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Ensure all guest-facing areas are consistently clean, sanitized, and maintained to The NOW brand standards.
• Support the daily operational flow of the boutique.

The NOW Massage Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving membership, enhancement, retail, and gift card sales. This position also ensures the smooth daily operation of the boutique by managing appointments, maintaining the front desk, supporting the team, and creating a welcoming luxury environment for every guest.
