Job summary

M&J Engineering Inc. is seeking a Construction Services Manager – Massachusetts / Senior Resident Engineer to lead field assignments and build a high-performing MA team in construction engineering, inspection, and management for public infrastructure projects.

You will directly work with owners and contractors, win work, mentor field personnel, and help develop proposals and staffing strategies while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive public-infrastructure construction experience in MA.
• Senior RE/CM leadership experience with owner communications.
• Experience with MassDOT/MBTA/Massport and MA municipalities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Senior Resident Engineer or Construction Manager on public-infrastructure projects.
• Lead construction administration, engineering, inspection and QA/QC for public owners.
• Manage field teams and coordinate with designers, owners, utilities and contractors.
