Qualifications

• 2–5 years of complex civil litigation experience (plaintiffs’ side or defense).
• Exceptional legal research and writing abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with case management software and legal technology.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Passion for advocating on behalf of injured plaintiffs.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of mass tort litigation from initial investigation through trial.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
• Take and defend depositions of experts, corporate representatives, and fact witnesses.
• Collaborate with co-counsel and expert witnesses on case strategy and trial preparation.
• Utilize case management systems to organize and track complex, multi-plaintiff litigation.
• Contribute to the development and execution of litigation strategy on high-value matters.
