Qualifications

• Paralegal certification or higher in law-related field.
• Ability to draft pleadings and discovery.
• Experience with docketing and case management; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with investigations and legal research.
• Draft pleadings and discovery documents; prepare materials for depositions and trials.
• Coordinate filing of pleadings/documents and service procedures.
• Manage databases and case files; maintain accurate docketing records.
• Mentor Paralegal Assistants and collaborate across offices.
