Qualifications

• College degree preferred with at least 5 years of paralegal experience in the relevant subject area.
• Experience in asbestos, mass tort, and product liability litigation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and practice group technology, including Excel and data management systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members across the country.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master new technologies to streamline MT/PL projects and processes.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and inform decisions.
• Prepare, file, and serve documents in state and federal courts in compliance with procedures.
• Monitor litigation deadlines and assist in filings to avoid delays.
• Maintain electronic and physical resources and collaborate with vendors as needed.
