Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Titusville, FL to manage complex case work, draft pleadings, supervise discovery, and prepare for trials.

The attorney will mentor paralegals, ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards, and coordinate with case managers on CM/ECF and litigation technology.

Required JD and active state bar admission; strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Mentoring and supervising experience preferred.
• Proficient with CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, Litify.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
