Qualifications

• JD required for admission to practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Manage discovery and ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor MDL/coordinated proceedings and advise leadership.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff as needed.

Duties

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
