The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in mass tort and product liability litigation, including substantive experience defending asbestos claims.   • Drafting and arguing substantive motions;
  • Developing and executing causation defenses, including working effectively with expert witnesses.

This role offers significant client exposure and responsibility, with opportunities to work directly with seasoned litigators who are committed to active mentorship and professional development.

Qualified candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted in the applicable jurisdiction. We are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial self-starters who can work both independently and as part of a team, and who are eager to take ownership of their work while building their practice on the firm’s global platform. A successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to our collaborative culture and to delivering the highest quality client service.

Base Compensation $215,000 - $290,000/ year

The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
