Qualifications

Ph.D. or equivalent with 12+ years in pharma, biotech, or related research setting; or MS with 15+ years; or BS with 16+ years.
Deep expertise in MS-based assay development and application to drug discovery.
Proven leadership in a biopharma environment with impact on programs or platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the Boston mass spectrometry group supporting in vitro and in vivo pharmacology.
Shape MS-enabled assay strategy, experimental design, data interpretation, and quantitative pharmacology applications.
Partner with project teams to develop MS-based assays informing mechanism, potency, exposure–response, and translational decisions.
Provide scientific guidance to bench scientists on study design, data interpretation, and actionable recommendations.
Mentor scientists and drive cross-functional alignment across QB and global teams.
