Job summary

True Anomaly seeks engineers to own mass properties for space-based interceptors and to design flight hardware for hypersonic programs. You will manage CG/MOI, interfaces, and GD&T while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with REs to meet mission requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 7–15+ years in mechanical design for high‑dynamic pressure and thermally challenging environments, with experience on interceptor or kill-vehicle programs and strong NX/PLM tooling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• 7–15+ years in mechanical design and mass properties analysis, especially on space/ interceptor programs.
• Experience maintaining mass properties predictions across multiple vehicles and programs.

Responsibilities

• Own mass properties for flight vehicle structures and subsystems.
• Define and maintain vehicle-level mechanical interfaces and ICDs.
• Develop CG/MOI measurement plans and test witness procedures.
• Ensure GD&T compliance per ASME Y-14.5-2018 and CAD model management.
