Job summary

Central Rock Gym in Maryland is seeking a Climbing Instructor to lead private and group sessions, helping climbers of all levels reach their goals while strengthening the gym community.

You will plan sessions, coordinate schedules with management, and promote offerings across our website and social channels, maintaining a safe, welcoming, and motivating environment. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required; CPR/First Aid are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of climbing experience with some teaching or coaching experience.
• Knowledge of modern climbing instruction methods and techniques.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and build a client base.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred but not required.
