• Engage licensed and non-licensed staff to identify investment referral opportunities.
• Learn and cross-sell Key Investment Services solutions to support cross-selling.
• Apply a consultative sales process to deliver needs-based financial solutions.
• Support the Private Client Advisor in growing year-over-year revenue.
