Job summary

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE required upon hire
• FINRA Series 7 required upon hire
• FINRA Series 66/63 and 65 required upon hire
• CFP certification preferred
• State life/health/variable licenses required
• Licenses must be obtained if not held at hire per offer letter timeline
• Failure to obtain required licenses may result in termination

Responsibilities

• Grow new clients and expand existing relationships with investable assets >$50,000.
• Target and execute a consistent sales process and financial plan for clients with $250k–$2M investable assets.
• Host holistic Financial Wellness conversations and complete comprehensive financial plans.
• Uncover full household and relationship growth opportunities across investments and banking.
• Refer opportunities to KB partners and coordinate delivery of investment solutions.
• Support cross-selling by learning Key Investment Services solutions and core bank products.
• Be an active Branch team member and engage with licensed and non-licensed staff for referrals.
• Develop a Center of Influence strategy across the Consumer Bank to drive referrals.
