Job summary

Bulley & Andrews Masonry Restoration LLC, headquartered in Chicago, IL, seeks a Masonry Restoration Project Manager to oversee repair and restoration projects from inception to closeout. You will direct on-site Superintendents/Foremen, monitor schedules and budgets, and drive proactive problem solving with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in brick/stone/terracotta/facade repair or equivalent level of education combined with experience.
• Knowledge of construction project management software; familiarity with Procore is ideal.
• Previous experience with self perform estimating and project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete oversight of repair & restoration projects.
• Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent/Foreman to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
• Manage self perform project operations including estimating, bid process, production tracking, financial monitoring, and reporting.
• Attend project meetings.
• Develop client relationships, resolve client issues.
• Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers.
• Ensure permitting and compliance with local ordinance.

Masonry Restoration Project Manager

Description:
