Stone / Masonry is looking for a skilled Masonry Block Estimator to join our team in Surprise, Arizona. Responsibilities include reviewing blueprints, preparing cost estimates, and coordinating with project managers and subcontractors. Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the Masonry CMU world.
• Proven experience in masonry or construction estimating.
• Strong knowledge of block, mortar, and related materials.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare quantitative surveys for masonry block projects.
• Obtain quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for masonry projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
