HireCall is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join a manufacturing team as a Masking Operator. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and learning new skills!In this position, you will help prepare aerospace and metal parts for plating by applying protective materials to specific areas. No previous experience is required — training will be provided!

Schedule & Pay

Pay: $16–$18 per hour

Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Friday: Half-day schedule

Shift: 1st Shift

• Cover specific areas of parts to protect them during the plating process.
• Follow written instructions and blueprints when needed.
• Check parts to ensure masking materials are applied correctly.
