HireCall in Tulsa is seeking a Fabrication Operator for a clean, climate-controlled facility. You will set up and operate fabrication machinery, read blueprints, measure parts, and move items to the next operation. The role emphasizes safety and efficiency in a manual-to-mechanical workflow, with two shifts available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fabrication environment preferred.
• Experience with industrial machinery and equipment.
• Proficient with measuring equipment (calipers, height gauges, tape measures).
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabrication machinery and equipment.
• Finish and prepare parts coming from the laser cutting operation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Move completed parts to the next operation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Fabrication OperatorLocation: Tulsa AreaPay: $19.44–$24.00 per hour plus 11.5% shift differentialShifts Available2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AMWeekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PMHireCall is seeking a Fabrication Operator to work at a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility where components for sheet metal products are produced.Fabrication Operators will primarily use saws, drills, mills, taps, and other sanding, cutting, deburring, and grinding equipment to finish parts coming off the laser operator's table and move completed parts to the next operation.We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable using hand and power tools, and able to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment. The position also involves maintaining and monitoring equipment and manufacturing processes where a malfunction or disruption could result in injury or property damage.Approximately 95% of the normal work shift requires standing, bending, squatting, and climbing while running production, inspecting work and machines, and checking procedures.The job requires moving materials and parts weighing up to 50 pounds. Lifting devices should be used when possible.
