Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies is a full-service surface finishing company serving aerospace, defense, space and satellite industries with nationwide sites. This role handles processing parts per work orders and drawings, following supervisor instructions, inspecting parts for damages, and completing paperwork while safely managing materials under regulatory guidelines.

The position emphasizes ITAR compliance, accuracy in documentation, and readiness to perform related duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Process parts according to shop work order and applicable specifications/drawings.
• Follow instructions from supervisor pertaining to specific instructions or tasks.
• Ensure integrity of incoming parts (visual inspection of damages, scratches etc.).
• Complete work order and all necessary paperwork according to job, drawings and specifications.
• Manage materials safely and in accordance with all regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

With strategically located sites across the United States, Valence provides a start to finish solution from NDT and chemical processing, to paint and sub-assembly.

• Process parts according to shop work order and applicable specifications/drawings.

This position requires access to knowledge and technical data regulated by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Valence Surface Technologies is required to verify that applicants meet ITAR requirements prior to employment for this role.
