Job summary

Harmonia Enterprise is hiring a Masjid Onboarding & Relations Specialist to connect with mosque leadership, explain Masjid Suite capabilities, and guide organizations through registration and onboarding. This remote, part-time role focuses on building trust and adoption within U.S. mosques.

You will respond to inquiries, tailor demonstrations, track progress, and collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach and support for mosque networks.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to communicate with mosque leaders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a respectful, cross-cultural approach.
• Experience using email, video calls, and common software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from mosque leaders via phone, email, or video call.
• Clearly explain Masjid Suite's features, pricing, and benefits tailored to each mosque.
• Demonstrate platform capabilities addressing community challenges.
• Guide organizations through registration and onboarding processes.
• Track prospect conversations and onboarding progress systematically.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and adoption.
• Collect feedback and share insights with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate contact and prospect records.
• Support outreach to grow mosque partner network.
