We’re looking for a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about reaching individuals who need mental healthcare but lack easy access to it. What you’ll do:

• Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure
• Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for established patients
• Use the Talkspace platform to conduct video call sessions with patients, submit clinical documentation, and manage patient treatment plans
• Coordinate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as needed
• Seamless video sessions, case management, treatment plan creation, and documentation submission
• No overhead: avoid insurance barriers, marketing budgets, administrative costs, and other private-practice expenses
• Flexible: practice from home on your own schedule
• Secure: patient-provider communications protected with bank-level security and encryption
• HIPAA-Compliant: adheres to HIPAA BAA regulations and confidentiality codes

Compensation

• $110 per initial session with a new patient referral (PDE - 45-60 min)
• $30-$85 per follow-up session with an established patient (EM - 10-49 min)

About you

• Active PMHNP license in Maryland and 2+ years prescribing experience
• Active DEA and individual NPI number
• Fully completed, signed CAQH application
• Reliable internet connection
• Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage $1 million occurrence / $3 million aggregate
